Meet Dr. Jonathan Ajah, a UK-based NHS surgeon, medical educator, and career mentor with extensive experience supporting International Medical Graduates (IMGs).

He holds MRCS (Royal College of Surgeons of England), MWACS, an MSc in Surgical Sciences (University of Edinburgh), and an MPH (University of Manchester). He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Member of the Academy of Medical Educators (MAcadMEd).

Dr. Ajah currently works in senior surgical roles within the NHS across vascular and general surgery and has held multiple teaching positions in UK universities, including Course Leader and Clinical Teaching Fellow roles.

With first-hand experience navigating the NHS system, he provides practical, structured, and results-driven guidance to help IMGs secure roles and progress confidently in their careers.
